The 22-year-old has been one of the Whites' standout performers this season, so much so he even scooped the EFL Championship Player of the Year award at last month's ceremony. With a whopping 30 goal contributions so far this term, it is no wonder why.
According to a report from the Daily Mail, should United fail to achieve promotion in the next few weeks, Summerville is most likely to depart with a whole host of clubs said to be already asking about his availability ahead of next season.
