Farke will have some welcome extra faces in training
Havoc wreaked in the Leeds United camp by last month’s international break should not be repeated at Thorp Arch this time around. As Daniel Farke prepared for a promotion showdown with Sheffield United, he was left without three of his key starters until less than 48 hours before kick-off.
On this occasion, those three, along with seven others, have again been taken away from Thorp Arch. However, this time, a combination of earlier fixtures and a later return to Championship action will make Farke’s life easier. Joe Rodon and Daniel James are the last of the likely starters to finish their international duty. Wales finish in Cardiff at 9.45pm on November 19, five days before playing down the road in Swansea.
Aaronson finishes at 3am UK time on November 19 in St. Louis, Missouri. He has a flight of at least eight hours to get back, but will face nothing like his October rush to be ready to play for the Whites in Wales.
