Grocery delivery app Snappy Shopper has team up with Bramley convenience store Costcutters and offering a 'Royal Bundle' throughout the upcoming coronation weekend. The bundle with include some if the nation's favourite snacks in a bid to help families enjoy the royal celebrations without there being a huge extra burden on their purse strings.
The bundles will be available in 100 stores over the UK, and seven shops in Yorkshire, and will be available on Saturday May 2 and Sunday May 3. The Royal Bundle will cost just 1p and include items with a combined retail value of £6-£7.Each bundle will contain: Mike Callachan, Snappy Shopper CEO, said: "We understand that this is an incredibly important event for many communities, and we want to support local retailers with this must-have Royal Bundle.
Participating retailer Amit Balraj Singh from Swaran Mini Market in Doncaster, said: "The Coronation weekend is set to be a big one for local communities across the country. We want to help our customers celebrate by offering this penny bundle so families can stock up on their favourite treats. If the King’s Coronation isn’t a time to enjoy a McVitie's Digestive, I don’t know when is.
