EFF president Julius Malema, has refused to explain the qualities of the person who should fill in the deputy president position amid Floyd Shivambu’s exit to Jacob Zuma’s uMkhonto weSizwe (MKP) party, saying that it will lead to accusations of favouring other people.
Economic Freedom Fighters president, Julius Malema , has denied responding to a question of the qualities of a person who should fill in the position of deputy president, after Floyd Shivambu ’s exit to Jacob Zuma ’s uMkhonto weSizwe party.
Reports claim that Ndlozi has been barred from attending the conference and from being nominated for any position. With over 2,500 delegates from different provinces expected to elect the party's new leadership for the next five years. Others favoured for the position included Godrich Gardee, Vuyani Pambo, and outgoing secretary general Marshall Dlamini.
