sure has jokes. Lea Michele made a formal declaration that she is learning how to read.
The joke comes right as Barbra Streisand, who played Lea’s character Fanny Brice in the original 1964 Broadway production of, announced that she is writing a memoir. Lea took to TikTok to share the announcement along with a tongue-in-cheek comment, “265 days to learn to READ!!!!” ICYMI, there’s a running joke amongst the beloved pop culture heathens of the Internet that Lea Michele doesn’t know how to read. For those who don’t know their pop culture history, a quick look through the annals of online fandom will point us to 2017 where lies the joke’s origin. Two friends, Jaye Hunt and Robert Ackerman posted a video on the Facebook page of their podcast,actress wrote about Lea’s refusal to improv lines with Tim Conway on the show.
