Lavender begins to bloom around Memorial Day and hits its peak in mid-June. This year marks Blair’s fifth bloom season in Oracle, the tiny town about an hour north of downtown Tucson. “Sometimes we talk to people and they say it’s so amazing — and it just makes you feel good,” she says. “It’s nice to offer a place for people to get away and get a little break from the real world.”
