Laura Woods has joked she had a month-long hangover after leaving her early mornings on talkSPORT Breakfast behind.
Not having to face a 4am alarm everyday anymore would pose as a massive change for anyone - and Woodsy was no different., she said: "As I was like, 'as soon as I give up Breakfast, I'm going to go to yoga everyday, I'm going be in the gym all the time'. "Then it peaked for a while and I was like, 'oh my god, I feel great!', I went to the gym, did all those things I wanted to do."
"Then I went out, I started drinking and I was like, 'this is great'," she laughed. "I don't mean wake up at nine in the morning and have a drink! But I just started saying yes to everything.
