The crucial infraction involved storing"potentially hazardous foods at internal temperature between 4 C and 60 C."
The significant infractions included failing to"provide adequate number of handwashing stations," and failing to"retain records of pest control measures taken for one year." The four minor infractions included failing to"ensure equipment surface sanitized as necessary," and failing to"protect against entry of pests."Despite racking up 11 infractions, Delicious Empanadas managed to walk away with a conditional pass notice from health inspectors and will remain open as staff begin working through all of the highlighted concerns.
