Road Policing Officers stated 'drugs and driving are a poor combination' following the snare on Wednesday night.
The incident happened shortly after 7pm on Wednesday, November 30, when a 19-year-old man driving a Red Fiesta was pulled over by traffic cops on Queen's Road in the city.
He underwent a drug test at the scene, which he subsequently failed. Photos taken following the bust, which were shared online, show the positive drug test alongside an evidence bag filled with what appears to be cannabis.
