Ronald Frisbie III allegedly set fire to an apartment he rented out after being unhappy with tenants who broke a washer and dryer machine.LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — Police in Lancaster County are investigating a landlord who reportedly set fire to an apartment he rented out., officers were called to the 300 block of South 10th Street in Akron on March 23 around 2 a.m. after a landlord, Ronald Frisbie III, was unhappy with his tenants for allegedly breaking a washer and dryer machine.

Police resolved the situation, and cleared the incident at 2:40 a.m., however they were dispatched to the same address at 2:44 a.m. for a report of arson. Officers discovered Frisbie III had entered the apartment by using a code to a keypad door lock before lighting a cardboard box on fire. Police reported that the apartment was filled with smoke, and the fire was extinguished by a witness.

According to police, Frisbie III was transported to Lancaster County Prison, where he will be held until his preliminary hearing.Before You Leave, Check This Out
