Police have launched an urgent appeal after a Lancashire sex offender failed to turn up at court and is also missing from home.
Chapman has links to Darwen and is described as 5ft 7ins tall, with short dark brown hair and a fluffy beard, although he is sometimes clean shaven. He has tattoos on his arms, including a large red Devil face on his lower left arm and skulls on his wrist.He was last seen wearing a Khaki-coloured jacket and blue jeans and also carrying a green rucksack. Police are urging anyone with information to call 101 and for immediate sightings, call 999.
