No better surroundings for tucking into a delicious pie
From the outside it looks like a million-pound stately home but there's nothing out of touch inside, with 'proper' pies on the menu, too.
Wes, originally from Lytham St Annes has transformed the outdoor private courtyard, which had previously been abandoned. The six-week transformation has breathed new life into the pub, with Wes putting homemade cooking at its core. That includes serving pies made with homemade shortcrust pastry and other dishes such as buttermilk crispy fried chicken sandwiches and a salmon served with a split parsley butter.
"The support has been amazing since we’ve opened and it’s been lovely to welcome everyone. The Brockholes Arms is a family friendly pub and dogs are also very welcome."
