Lakers Looking To Trade No. 17 In Package For Starter-Level Player - RealGM Wiretap
The Los Angeles Lakers own the No. 17 and No. 47 picks in Thursday's draft and there is a growing expectation they will trade their pick, sources tell Jovan Buha of The Athletic. The Lakers could use the pick plus some combination of salary such as Malik Beasley and Mo Bamba to acquire a starter-level player.
The Lakers have been linked with Myles Turner, Buddy Hield, Dorian Finney-Smith, Royce O'Neale, Gary Trent Jr. and Kristaps Porzingis.
