An L2 Network Engineer is responsible for providing second-level support for network issues,responsibilities and qualifications for this role:– Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems involving LAN, WAN, and WLAN technologies.– Perform advanced network configurations, including routing and switching protocols.– Monitor network performance using network management tools to ensure minimal downtime and identify potential issues.
– Optimize network performance by analyzing traffic patterns, bandwidth usage, and device configurations. – Work closely with vendors to resolve hardware or software issues and assist with network upgrades and installations.
