DURBAN - The State of Qatar is providing humanitarian assistance to KwaZulu-Natal on Sunday and several ministers are at King Shaka International Airport to welcome the Quatari delegation.KZN floods death toll rises to 459He said,"it is the humanitarian support which talked to various things that are required when people are affected by floods. The support came from the Qatar government reaching out through the ministers of foreign affairs in South Africa.

"We've been trying to ensure that we build, good relationships with various countries. We are inspired that they felt that they should come assist us during this time of need." Humanitarian aid has arrived in KZN from Qatar. It will be received by several ministers and Premier Sihle Zikalala.
