KZN floods: All beaches in eThekwini closed due to murky water, broken shark nets
The eThekwini municipality has announced the closure of all its beaches following three days of heavy rains that hit the city and other parts of KwaZulu-Natal.
In a statement, City spokesperson Lindiwe Khuzwayo said the decision to close beaches had been advised by the KwaZulu-Natal Sharks Board due to murky water, which is"full of logs and other unsafe objects."South Africans need to be in the know if we want to create a prosperous future.
