Kwena Moloto, former DA spokesperson in Tshwane, has resigned from his position as a councillor to become the new spokesperson for the Minister of Communications and Digital Technologies in the GNU.

Johannesburg - Kwena Moloto , the former spokesperson for the Democratic Alliance (DA) in Tshwane , has resigned as a councillor to take up a position in the Government of National Unity (GNU) as the new spokesperson for the Minister of Communications and Digital Technologies, Solly Malatsi . Moloto's last day as a Tshwane municipality councillor was on Thursday.

He expressed deep ties to Pretoria, where he grew up and studied, and thanked his colleagues for their mentorship and support over the past 15 months
