Kyiv claims to have inflicted an increasing death toll on Russian forces by using information provided by resistance workers via mobile phone apps such as the, with commanders saying there can be a delay of as little as 15 minutes between receiving reports of enemy troop movements close to front lines and delivering a targeted strike.
