In the pregnancy reveal video shared on Saturday, after spotting the sign, Travis appeared to wipe away tears before running to kiss his wife in the audience over the news. While Travis has two children — Landon, 19, and Alabama, 17 — with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler, 48. He is also a stepfather to Atiana De La Hoya, 24, who Shanna welcomed with Oscar De La Hoya in 1999.
