On October 18, the soon-to-be mother of four dumped a bunch of disconnected images on Instagram, often referred to as a “photo dump” by the youths.
In a recent interview with Italian Vanity Fair, the 44-year-old Poosh mogul revealed that the experience actually helped her “let go” of some of the fear that had been manifesting throughout her latest pregnancy. “Physically I feel great. I like being pregnant,” she said. “I am obsessed with the idea of being pregnant! But this time, unlike the other three, I am being followed by a different group of doctors who, in the first few months, gave me a lot of restrictions.
