Kourtney Kardashian has been praised for showing off her "real body" after posting a series of snaps to Instagram as she showed off her natural curves.
Her sister Khloe Kardashian, 37, was quick to compliment her eldest sibling as she commented: "Goodness you’re gorgeous," and "My baby right thuuuuurrrr". In the clip, Kourtney is seen explaining how the meds have triggered early menopause and caused her to gain weight.
