Cape Town – Knysna Ward 10 councillor Peter Myers and his wife Candace are feeling “absolutely normal” following their recovery after testing positive for Covid-19.
Myers said he and his wife had “completely recovered” after a very bad case of the flu – high fever, body aches and chills which lasted just over a week. Another recovered patient in the province, who asked to remain anonymous, said when he returned from an overseas trip the last thing on his mind was that he might have the virus and his family would be infected.
