A teenager was stabbed in the torso after an argument in the street. Merseyside Police were called to Park Street in Liscard on Saturday, August 10 at around 6.30pm. It followed a report a boy aged 15 had been stabbed following an altercation. The teenager was taken to hospital where his condition was described as serious but stable. Police said the offender was described as a white man in his 30s or 40s. He is believed to have made off on foot towards Liscard Park.
The consequences could have been far more serious and we are keen to hear from anyone we haven’t already spoken to who may have information. “If you live nearby and may have captured what happened on CCTV or other devices, please check and get in touch as this could be key to finding the man responsible.” Det Insp Sung added: “We are determined to take knives off our streets and reduce knife crime in Merseyside.
