Tulsa artist Rachel Hayes' "Round the Bend" is a quilt-like fiber-art piece that will cover the middle of Dallas' Klyde Warren Park and hover just over the grass.From family-friendly outdoor events to mature, weighty exhibitions that make you think, imaginations will run wild all April long for Dallas Arts Month. It’s the 10th anniversary for the kaleidoscope of events, and it promises to be the most “in-person” celebration since 2020.
