The flight from Amsterdam to Aberdeen eventuallly landed at the second attmept this morning, October 19.
Passengers on the KLM flight from Amsterdam endured a terrifying ordeal as the aircraft attempted to land around 8:30am on Thursday, October 19. The pilot aborted the landing at the last minute in a dramatic turn of events.
A video taken from inside the plane shows the aircraft approaching the airport as it bumps about in the wind before it aborts the landing and begins to ascend again. A second video taken by the same person shows the plane again approaching the airport and making its way onto the runway before breaking abruptly, passengers can be heard whimpering for a brief second, before the plan settles down and a spontaneous round of applause ring around the aircraft.
