SCARBOROUGH, Ont. -- Thunder Bay's Jeremy Kirk has some final-round work to do, after ballooning to a 10-over 81 in the third round of the Ontario Men's Amateur Golf Championship.
Kirk was tied for third place at the tournament's midway point, after rounds of even par 71 and a 2-under 69 in the opening two rounds. He now sits 14 shots back of Aiden Gavey, who is at 6-under 207 through three rounds. Fort William Country Club's Cooper Anderson missed the cut, with a 29-over 171 total after two rounds.
