Dr. Vince DePaul is with the Queen’s University School of Rehabilitation, and says he isn’t sure how effective the plan will be.He says greater investments in community care, like the Oasis Project at the Bowling Green apartments in Kingston, could play a role. “The numbers are about, I think, almost $200 a day for somebody in long-term care, and something like $10 a day for Oasis,” says DePaul.Read more:Story continues below advertisement
