Riley-Zwicker was also sentenced to two years of probation and the court imposed a lifetime firearms prohibition against him. Brown-Beals pleaded not guilty to these and to several other charges on Oct. 26, 2021. The matters were adjourned for trial. The trial began on Sept. 14, 2022, and continued Jan. 13, 2023. On Jan. 24, 2023, the matters were adjourned to March 24 for a decision.
Steadman changed his pleas to guilty on May 2. Judge Christopher Manning handed Steadman a suspended sentence with 12 months of probation on the three charges. Lynch committed the offence in Upper Burlington on Feb. 13. The legal blood alcohol limit is 80 mg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood. Lynch gave blood alcohol readings of 100 and 90.
Carson committed the offence in Ardoise on Oct. 29, 2022. The legal blood alcohol limit is 80 mg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood. Carson’s blood alcohol readings were not available.
