Thirteen more charges were withdrawn or dismissed on Dec. 15, 2022. They include two more counts of defrauding an individual of a sum of money not exceeding $5,000; three counts of using a forged document as if it were genuine; another count of fraudulently personating an individual; failing to comply with a condition of an undertaking; three more counts of failing to comply with probation; and three more counts of failing to comply with a condition of a release order.
Drake-Critchley changed her plea to guilty on June 20, 2022. The matter was adjourned to allow time for a pre-sentence report to be prepared and for sentencing. They include two counts of possessing stolen property; committing mischief by willfully damaging an individual’s front window and assaulting a peace officer with the Kingston RCMP engaged in the execution of his duty.
Leopold committed the offences in Wolfville on July 26, 2021, and in Kingston on Feb. 13, 2022. Two counts of resisting arrest and a charge of causing a disturbance in a public place by screaming were dismissed on Dec. 23, 2022.Michael James Wilson, 51, of Keddys Corner, has been handed a suspended sentence with probation for committing an indecent exhibition in a public place.
Cheyanne Tanisha Amero, 30, of Waterville, has been handed a conditional discharge with probation for two counts of assaulting a police officer engaged in the execution of their duty. Smith was originally charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking, but changed his plea to guilty to the lesser, included offence of possession on Dec. 21, 2022.
