Deell committed the offence in Kingston on Feb. 13, 2021. The legal blood alcohol limit is 80 mg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood. Deell gave blood alcohol readings of 100 and 80. Lavers pleaded guilty to the charge on Nov. 8, 2022. The matter was adjourned to Jan. 12, 2023, to allow time for a pre-sentence report to be prepared and for sentencing.Lavers committed the offence in Wolfville on April 4, 2022.Chad Edward Hogan, 47, of Waterville, has been fined for operating a conveyance while prohibited from doing so.
