They include two counts of assault; three counts of failing to comply with a condition of an undertaking, and two counts of failing to comply with a condition of a release order.
Three more counts of failing to comply with a condition of an undertaking and two more counts of failing to comply with a condition of a release order were withdrawn on Jan. 10.Trevor James Kalkman, 31, of Port Williams, has been fined for operating a conveyance while prohibited from doing so; and has been sentenced to intermittent custody for failing or refusing to comply with a demand made to him by a peace officer under Section 320.27 or 320.28 of the Criminal Code.
They include failing to stop his conveyance, give his name and address or offer assistance having been involved in an accident with a person or another conveyance; stealing a circulation booster of a value not exceeding $5,000 from Pharmasave; failing to attend court in accordance with an undertaking; operating a conveyance in a manner dangerous to the public; stealing a Sylvania light bulb from Canadian Tire; failing to comply with a condition of an undertaking, not to operate or occupy the...
Several other charges were withdrawn on Jan. 5.
Nathan Willis Tupper, 32, of Canning, has been sentenced to time deemed served and probation after pleading guilty to four offences. Harris changed his plea to guilty on Nov. 21, 2022. The matter was adjourned to Jan. 9, 2023, to allow time for a pre-sentence report to be prepared and for sentencing.
