Kimberley man celebrates his birthday by gifting school uniforms - SABC News

Learners at Zingisa Intermediate School received their new uniforms with pride.

Greg Nyongane says every year during his birthday month in January he dedicates his life to making a change within society, putting smiles on learners’ faces.As most people celebrate their birthdays by celebrating themselves, Nyongane choses to celebrate his life differently, by donating uniforms to school children.“I took a conscious thing that I will never again celebrate my birthday but make a difference in the lives of children in the schools, especially grade two’s and three’s as well.

Nyongane says this initiative will continue throughout the year and stakeholders are welcome to join the drive and make more change.
