CLEVELAND, Ohio – Kid Cudi is done working with Kanye West. The Cleveland-born hip hop star said as much Tuesday on social media following news that he is featured on rapper Pusha T’s album “Almost Dry,” produced entirely by Kanye West and Pharrell Williams.
“I did this song a year ago when I was still cool [with] Kanye,” Cudi tweeted about the song “Rock N Roll” which also features West. “I am not cool [with] that man. He’s not my friend and I only cleared the song for Pusha, [’cause] that’s my guy. This is the last song u will hear me on [with] Kanye.”in February after West said publicly that Cudi couldn’t appear on West’s album “Donda 2″ due to his friendship with Pete Davidson, who is currently dating Kim Kardashian.
