Chiefs are having another shaky start to the season after shot-stopper Brandon Petersen made two mistakes against Mamelodi Sundowns that led to two goals, in the 2-1 defeat in the DStv Premiership. The Glamour Boys also had a bad start last season in the league, losing 4-0 to Sundowns and 2-0 to Cape Town City, with Petersen and Bruce Bvuma in goal in the two games respectively.
Almost the same situation has presented itself again and there will be question marks on Petersen's confidence, particularly after the howler he made in conceding in the last minute against Sundowns. "For me the problem with Khune was that he gained a bit of weight and the movement was a bit difficult but Rainer being back, with the mistakes Kaizer Chiefs goalkeepers are making, just give them a couple months and you gonna see Kaizer Chiefs going back to where they used to be when it comes to the goalkeeping department," Dladla said on"And if Khune is ready and he loses weight properly, for me I wouldn't mind having Khune, with no disrespect to Petersen.
