Khoza has questioned the credibility of some of the leaders expected to address the concerns of South African citizens. “One of the things that is happening in South Africa, which I consider extremely tragic, is that we’ve kind of allowed a situation where ethical and moral voices are sidelined, one way or the other. We allow the recycling of failure or of hugely compromised individuals. We don’t seem to have a quality standard in place that says – to qualify to be a leader, you need to be fit and proper and that these are the qualities that you must have for you to be a leader.
