The Millwall forward is awaiting the full extent of an injury sustained against Hull City
Kevin Nisbet has joined Ryan Jack in missing out on the Scotland squad for the Euro 2024 qualifier in Spain.
The Millwall striker has a hamstring injury and won’t travel with Steve Clarke’s squad this week. London sources have confirmed that Nisbet is now awaiting scan results to find out the full extent of the damage. The 26-year-old came off after an hour in Millwall’s weekend draw with Hull City. It is a blow to the former Hibs star and narrows down Steve Clarke’s attacking options although he still has Che Adams, Lyndon Dykes, Ryan Christie and Jacob Brown. The Scottish Football Association announced earlier this week that Rangers midfielder Jack had pulled out through injury. Jack wasn’t involved for Rangers in their weekend win over St Mirren. Clarke has to decide whether or not to call-up replacements.
