Residents in Kendall County on Tuesday voted on a number of contests in the primary election.
In the Republican primary for three four-year seats on the Kendall County Board in District 1, the three highest vote-getters would move on to the November general election to face Democratic candidates Zachary Turnbow, Jamal Williams and Benjamin Schmidt, who ran unopposed in the Democratic primary.
There was also a Republican primary in Kendall County Board District 2, where the top two vote-getters would move on to the November election to face Democrats Zach Bachmann, an incumbent, and Savena Joiner, who were unopposed in the Democratic primary.
