Once Consuelos reassured her that it was just a “little” tear, the pair were able to finish the dancing segment. Yet the “All My Children” alum has always finds a way to finish out the show regardless of the fashion fails.Ripa said she felt a bit “pale” in her light pink dress and decided to spray on some instant tanner at the last minute — which she quickly realized wasn’t the best decision.Thankfully, she made it through the show without turning into Shrek.
