Labour leader urges Home Secretary to bring forward plans to ban dangerous breed
Labour leader Keir Starmer has said there is a "clear case" for a ban on XL bully dogs after a series of horrific attacks.

He said: "I think there is a clear case for a ban. Obviously we will see what the Home Secretary comes up with, but people will have seen the footage over the weekend and I don't think anybody can look at that and say everything is fine. "
