Keagan Dolly: The goals will come once we make scoring a habit in training

This is according the club’s marquee signing Keagan Dolly, who said converting chances into goals would place the team in a more comfortable position during games.

“Every striker goes on the field wanting to score and not to miss. I think the goals will come once we make it a habit of scoring at training.” “So far so good, although we would have liked to win all the games we have played so far. But I think it’s a work in progress for us. Since the day I got here, you can see the players are willing to work hard and buy into what the coach wants us to do,” explained Dolly, who joined Chiefs as a free agent after four seasons at Montpellier in France.

“I think that, in all the games, we are creating chances. We just need to start converting those chances [into goals]. You could see in the Baroka game, we created six to seven clear chances in the first half that we should have scored. We stretched the game out and we struggled in the second half. We need to score as many goals to be comfortable.”
