Kaya FM owners want to stop SABC deal with Primedia

The radio powerhouse lodged an interdict application at the Johannesburg High Court on Monday. It was spearheaded by chief executive Nicholas Grubb, who argued that the sales agency contract had loopholes, was conducted in secret and infringed on the right of Kagiso Media to compete in a transparent and equitable procurement process.Get 14 days free to read all our investigative and in-depth journalism.
