The Dawson's Creek star, 45 — who is frequently spotted out in the Big Apple — was seen cutting a casual figure while enjoying her day off in New York City.
Katie appeared to be in good spirits as she relearns to navigate life after moving her look-alike freshman daughter to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania earlier this week. Suri's move-in day was on Sunday and she will begin classes on August 26, according to the school's website. Instead of mom Katie's three-bedroom high-rise luxury apartment, the teenager will be in a bare-bones dorm room.
