Kate's most expensive fashion year as she 'sports record £177k worth of clothes' in 2022
The Princess of Wales is always seen looking exceptionally stylish and elegant, and throughout 2022 she's taken her outfits to a whole new level.
She kicked off the year by wowing in an on-trend camel ensemble when she and William visited the Church on the Street on 20 January in Burnley. Kate arrived wearing a Jenny Packham blue lace dress believed to be worth around £4,000 and her looks only got better from there. Shortly after returning to the UK, Kate attended the memorial service for the Duke Of Edinburgh at Westminster Abbey with husband William and their two eldest children, Prince George, nine, and Princess Charlotte, seven.
Weeks later, the Queen's Platinum Jubilee celebrations began, with Trooping The Colour taking place on 2 June. Kate sported an entire outfit which she'd worn previously. She re-wore her white Alexander McQueen coat dress and Philip Treacy Saturn Dome Hat, along with a handbag and jewellery. However, her show-stopping look came in September when she attended the No Time To Die premiere at Royal Albert Hall with husband William, King Charles and the Queen Consort. Her plunging gold Jenny Packham gown completely stole the show, which was inspired by the 1964 James Bond film Goldfinger.
