In 2016, Middleton paired the gown with a matching chiffon shawl and clutch, and a pair of large, bright blue dangling earrings. She wore her hair in an intricate bun at the nape of her neck.Four years later, Middleton ditched the shawl, let her hair down in its signature bouncy waves, and swapped the heavy stone for some dangling diamond and sapphire earrings.
