Nkosana Mbuthu has been thrown in at the deep end in the formative years of his young Kaizer Chiefs career.
Rookie winger Nkosana Mbuthu had a baptism of fire in Chiefs’ recent 4-0 friendly defeat to Yanga. However, Tunisian coach Nabi has justified his choice not to substitute the 18-year-old after selecting him out of position at left-back. Mbuthu, a player with zero minutes of competitive football to his name, is the son of former Chiefs star Patrick ‘Ace’ Mbuthu. He gave the ball away just before halftime, an error which directly led to Yanga’s second goal.
The ANC had vowed to fight Jacob Zuma’s party to the highest court over using the “original” MK trademark and logo. DJ Sbu apologised to South Africans on his radio show on Thursday, 8 August after supporting Miss SA finalist Chidimma Adetshina.
