Kaizer Chiefs are reportedly eyeing several key players during the January transfer window. The club has been linked with Polokwane City's Oswin Appollis, Orlando Pirates winger Monnapule Saleng, and Azam FC midfielder Feisal Salum. Chiefs' football manager Bobby Motaung has hinted at making significant signings to bolster the squad under coach Nasreddine Nabi.
Kaizer Chiefs are looking to sign atleast two top players during the January transfer period. So far, the club has not made any new signing.
One big signing that Chiefs are looking to pen down is that of Polokwane CIty’s star Oswin Appollis. The 23-year-old Bafana Bafana attacker has been linked with a move away from Rise and Shine since the start of the season. Amakhosi appeared to be front runners but rivals Orlando Pirates are also looking to sign the player.
Another player Kaizer Chiefs can look at is unsettled Pirates winger Monnapule Saleng. The 26-year-old has six months left in his contract and him signing a pre-contract with Amakhosi can revive his passion for football. Kaizer Chiefs are in action this weekend against Sekhukhune United in a Betway Premiership clash.
