Kaizer Chiefs are believed to have made a bid for Percy Tau to Al Ahly who made a swift decision with the offer on the table!
Initially, it was believed Al Ahly were looking to offer Tau a bumper contract extension. This as reward for the form he showed in the previous season. That tone then quickly changed to a contract extension on a similar salary. That then sparked problems between all the parties involved. The next update was that the club was willing to sell him provided they get a good offer for him., after he fell out with Tau.
Chiefs had reportedly made an inquiry to Al Ahly for Tau, which was reportedly dismissed. It was initially thought the left footed wizard told Amakhosi he was keen to sign.
