Kaizer Chiefs have a few of their players whose contracts expire at the end of the current campaign but at least two could be kept.
Both Maart and Frosler will see their contracts expire in June, and Chiefs are not ready to lose them.Frosler, on the other hand, is in his fifth year with Chiefs following his arrival from the now defunct Bidvest Wits in 2019.
Frosler, though, often struggled for game time, especially after the arrival of Zitha Kwinika from Stellenbosch FC.Should Chiefs fail to tie down any of the players whose contract expire in June by January, those stars would then be eligible to sign pre-contracts with clubs of their choice.
