Kaizer Chiefs FC have issued an official apology to the Premier Soccer League following their recent fan troubles
The Glamour Boys found themselves in hot water for their fan’s behaviour following matches against SuperSport United and Mamelodi Sundowns.
“LETTER OF APOLOGY FOR KAIZER CHIEFS’ SUPPORTERS’ BEHAVIOUR AT KAIZER CHIEFS VS SUPERSPORT UNITED FC PSL FIXTURE ON 20 SEPTEMBER 2023 & CHIEFS VS MAMELODI SUNDOWNS FC MTN8 FIXTURE ON 23 SEPTEMBER 2023.” an official club statement read. “The Club condemns this poor and unacceptable behaviour in the strongest possible terms.We have already commenced a process of engaging with Chiefs’ branches on supporter behaviour at football matches. Yours sincerely, Kaizer Chiefs”The former Buccaneers midfielder, who represented the club between 2007 and 2011, has confirmed his desire to coach in the Premier Soccer League.
“Whether it’s as an assistant coach at a Premiership side or I can start as a head coach at a Motsepe Foundation side. I am well qualified to coach there.” Joseph Kamwendo told
