Kaizer Chiefs head coach Arthur Zwane has confirmed that three members of his squad are set to miss out on the first weekend of the premiership season.
Speaking at a media open day held at Naturena today, Zwane heaped praise on the desire shown by his side in training and revealed that Phathutshedzo Nange, Sifiso Hlanti and Sibusiso Mabiliso are set to miss the first game of the season. "Nange will not be available for the game, Hlanti who’s still not at one hundred per cent as you know he’s coming back from a long lay off and Mabiliso who’s got a thigh problem. I think those are the only players who will not be available” Zwane told media.Nange received a red card during Chiefs' last game of the 21/22 season against Swallows and the suspension carries over to the new season.
